I found the chocolate almonds...

chocolate almonds

If it's one thing that I don't have impulse control over, it would be chocolate.

I actually get my hubby to hide all chocolate related items. Hence, that's how I "found" them. First off, I try not to buy it but somehow it finds it's way to my house.

There are times when eating chocolate might hit some of those guilt neurons hanging out in a certain hemisphere of my brain and get me to ease up a bit but that was certainly not the case today.

I've been a bad, bad girl.

  1. I just bought some of these, but quickly baked them into cookies and stashed them in the freezer so I wouldnt eat all of them :)

  2. When I was a kid, these were a vice. Selling them as fundraisers was a form of torture...I was always broke, spending all my money on chocolate covered almonds...

  3. I love these, so I don't buy 'em so I don't feel guilty about 'em ... however, my husband has no such qualms, so when he's home and munching on 'em - man, is it tough ... :)

  5. I'll eat frozen cookies and chocolate, that doesn't stop me finsmom! hehehe.

Kevin: A girl guide or any little child yielding chocolates or cookies always ends up with a sale at my house. I simply can not say no. I can't even imagine having to sell them myself! I'd be broke, hoarding them all for myself too.

Grace: My hubby, he can eat a couple and put the bag away. It's a sickness I think.

  6. One of the reasons I love being pregnant: I can eat stuff like this and convince myself that my craving means my body NEEDS this particular thing. I have started buying bags of chocolate covered peanuts in bulk.... large bulk...
