I'm so excited that I have the need to add exclamation points to the end of every sentence!!!
:)
One thing about spring arriving is the urge to purge, declutter and clean. I pounced on parts of my kitchen and dining room buffet this weekend but I admit I was a big ole grump because I couldn't really tackle any big jobs. They feel so big and daunting, I'm not sure where to start, that I get analysis paralysis. I think I need to start a list and take baby steps.
Do you have the urge to spring clean?
I purge all the clothes in the house and donate them to WINGS women's shelter (the donating part makes me feel especially good AND I can pare down our closets).
ReplyDeleteI usually start with the windows it's a huge job and I always feel much better when that is out of the way! It helps that I can see the beautiful signs of spring more clearly.
ReplyDeleteFoodie suz: Oh yes... I pass down a lot of my kids clothes. Feels good to get them all out.
ReplyDeleteCoffee girl: that was one thing on the list this weekend that didn't get done. I totally understand the windows being clean, it makes a huge difference!
I've been doing the Kitchn Cure. Great for breaking down an overwhelming task into small bits. I find that if I can give an hour or even just 30 minutes I actually get a lot done.
ReplyDeleteo yes, do I have the spring cleaning urge! The problem is; there is soooo much to do that I kind of get scared and don't do it at all, but I should be making a list of stuff to do too!
ReplyDeleteFabulous tulip photo by the way!
