Must be so nice to just step out in your backyard and have veggies for dinner in a matter os minutes.lequan@luvtoeathttp://www.luvtoeat.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5236555828566281046.post-42409591223411213212010-07-07T11:04:33.488-06:002010-07-07T11:04:33.488-06:00Valerie: Your post on your salad greens was so pre...Valerie: Your post on your salad greens was so pretty. I wish I had planted them this year in the garden as I had planned to!Simones Kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04667120955135293165noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5236555828566281046.post-63321744148945920482010-07-06T22:33:37.731-06:002010-07-06T22:33:37.731-06:00Gorgeous shots... did you see that I had some arug...Gorgeous shots... did you see that I had some arugula in mine, too. It goes to seed so fast and is far better young and tender. I LOVE it on top of pizza and in a salad with pear and blue cheese it really holds its own. I love it in a mix, too... but on its own in a salad it is just too bitter for me... but, otherwise, a STAR in the garden. The herbs with the leaves are so delicious. I cannot wait to see your tomatoes, too!
:)
ValerieA Canadian Foodiehttp://www.acanadianfoodie.comnoreply@blogger.com
